DB 16000 tsunami – HITZ – Japan

For several years, MOBILIS has worked in close collaboration with HITACHI ZOSEN, developing tailor-made solutions that meet demanding specifications.

The Japanese company has thus developed a tsunami warning system, already installed on a MOBILIS DB 16000 data buoy.

Their solution received in 2010 the “Invention Prize” from the Japanese Institute of Invention and Innovation for the national mention of inventions (“GPS Tsunami Monitoring System” PAT No. 3803177).
