Navigational buoy manufacture

In order to offer our customers high-performance navigation equipment that meets all current standards, Mobilis places great importance on the quality of the materials used. Whether it is for the buoy fastening systems or electrical isolation, everything is done to ensure the longevity and reliability of our different equipment. Manufactured in France, our navigational buoys are designed in compliance with IALA/AISM recommendations and ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Mobilis also attaches great importance to providing environmental and responsible management for each of the projects on which it intervenes. Our navigational buoys has 100 % recyclable and non-polluting elements. For example, we have excluded polystyrene from our manufacturing process.

Assembly and installation of buoys

Beyond the manufacture of navigational equipment, Mobilis offers additional services to meet the specific needs of a project and customer requests. Our teams provide a complete assembly and installation service for navigational buoys. Composed of experienced and passionate technicians and engineers, our team will be able to travel to assemble and install the equipment for your project.

Periodic and global maintenance of navigational buoy

One of the strengths of Mobilis equipment is their reliability and longevity. In addition, we can set up periodic maintenance contracts. This will allow you, generally once a year, to ensure the proper functioning of your buoys and to check their condition.

In addition to the periodic inspection, we recommend that our customers carry out a complete inspection and appropriate maintenance of the installations every 5 years.

Thanks to regular maintenance, you will allow your various equipment to bring you full satisfaction over time.

Our navigational buoy projects

In order to learn more about our various services as well as the navigational buoys offered by Mobilis, you can discover below several projects on which we have been involved.

JET 5000 – OSS – LAAYOUNE MOROCCO

For example, we accompanied one of our clients in Morocco who needed a suitable solution to ban navigation in a specific area. Cardinal buoys equipped in particular with aluminum radar reflector and surmounted by M850 solar autonomous lights have been deployed.

SP 630 TO 1200 – SPAR BUOYS

The port authorities of Wick in Scotland called on Mobilis navigation equipment as part of the « Wick project ». Through our official distributor in Scotland, Hydrosphere UK Ltd, the Mobilis AQ 1500 navigational buoy has been set up. It has the particularity of adapting perfectly to difficult weather conditions, ideal for the difficult situations that can arise in Scotland.

AQ 1500 – HYDROSPHERE – SCOTLAND

In terms of difficult conditions, Mobilis also has a range of specialized navigational buoys for very cold areas. These are SP buoys, capable for example of lying down when a large block of ice passes. This is made possible thanks to the substantial research work of the Mobilis research department.
